Overview

You can update your property's name, address, description, and photo at any time. Some fields affect what guests see on the property website and in their guest portal. Others are used only for internal records like mileage calculations and compliance documents.

How it works

  1. Open the property you want to edit from the sidebar or the properties list.
  2. Go to the property's Settings tab.
  3. Update any of the following fields:
    • Property name — Displayed in your dashboard, guest portal, and property website.
    • Address — Used for mileage distance calculations and compliance records. Also shown on the property website.
    • Description — A short summary shown on the property website. Optional.
    • Cover photo — Displayed on the property website and in the dashboard. Optional.
  4. Click Save to apply your changes.

Changes to guest-facing fields (name, address, description, photo) update immediately on the property website and guest portal. There is no separate publish step for property details.

FAQ

Does changing the address affect past mileage logs? No. Mileage logs record the distance at the time the trip was logged. Updating the address only affects future calculations.

Can guests see my property address? Yes. The address appears on the property website so guests can find your rental. If you need to withhold the exact address, include arrival instructions in the property guide instead.

Who can edit property details? The account owner, tenant admins, and property managers can edit property details. Team members with the cleaner role have read-only access.
