Overview

The bottom of your stay portal has four tabs. Each one answers a different question.

  • My Stay — what do I need right now?
  • Guests — who else is on this reservation?
  • To-Do — what do I need to acknowledge or sign?
  • About this stay — reservation details and the full property guide

Tap any tab to switch. The portal remembers what you had open per tab, so switching away and back doesn't reset your scroll.

How it works

My Stay

Your home base. Cards rotate by phase — pre-arrival shows arrival info, during the stay shows in-stay info, post-checkout shows wrap-up. See My Stay overview.

The Access card is pinned at the top, always. Then the Welcome card, then whatever your host pinned to the Arrival Guide for the current phase.

Guests

The other people on your reservation. Most parties have one or two adults, sometimes minors. The Guests tab shows everyone the host has on file plus space to add anyone missing (if your host allows guest self-add). See the Guests tab.

To-Do

Anything you need to do before the trip is real — waivers to sign, ID to upload, agreements to acknowledge. The label is short for a reason: it's a real action list, not a status page. When the list is empty, the tab shows a clear empty state.

About this stay

Reservation metadata — check-in date, check-out date, the property name and address (if your host enabled it), your host's contact info. Below that is the full Property Guide — everything your host wrote, including sections that aren't pinned to My Stay. Use this when you want to find that specific note about the trash schedule or the local restaurant list.

The About this stay toggle for guide visibility is sticky — the state persists across tab switches.

Limits

  • The portal is mobile-first. Tabs are at the bottom on mobile and in a sidebar on desktop.
  • Tab labels are static — they don't show count badges. If the To-Do list has 3 items, the tab still just reads "To-Do."

FAQ

Where did the Guide tab go?

It moved into About this stay. The pieces your host wants you to see during the trip are pinned to My Stay. See Property Guide and Arrival Guide.

Why is the Wi-Fi label different from what's printed in the unit?

The printed copy may be out of date. The Access card always shows the current value. See your access codes.

What happens if I switch tabs while filling in a To-Do item?

Your work-in-progress is preserved. Come back to the To-Do tab and you'll see where you left off.

Can I open the portal on a laptop?

Yes — the same stay link works on desktop. The layout switches to a sidebar with the same four tabs.

What if I'm on multiple stays?

Your portal scopes to one stay at a time per link. Each invite link is for one stay. If you have multiple active stays, you'll have multiple links — switch by opening a different link.
