Overview
The Guests tab shows everyone on your reservation — yourself, other adults, minors. Your host controls who's on the list. Sometimes you can add or remove others; sometimes you can't, depending on how your host has configured the property.
How it works
Who's listed
Every person your host added to the reservation appears here. Each entry shows:
- Their name
- Their role (adult or minor)
- Their access status (if they need to accept their own invite link, you'll see a pending state)
If you're the main guest, you're at the top.
Adding someone
If your host has enabled guest self-add, you'll see an Add guest button. Tap it, enter a name and contact info, pick adult or minor, and submit. The host gets a notification and the new guest gets their own invite link. Some properties — especially those with waivers per adult or per minor — require this so every party member has a signed waiver before check-in.
If you don't see Add guest, your host has reserved that control. Ask them to add anyone missing.
Removing someone
If the entry was added by you and the trip hasn't started, you can remove it. Once the trip starts, removals require the host. Tap and hold (or click the more menu) on an entry to see remove if it's available.
Waivers and per-guest tasks
If the property requires a waiver, each adult signs their own. The waiver shows on each adult's To-Do tab. Minors are typically attested by the main guest. See accepting your invitation.
Limits
- Each adult gets their own invite link. The main guest can't sign for another adult.
- Minors are listed but don't get invite links — the main guest manages them.
- Hosts can lock the guest list — if locked, only the host can add or remove.
FAQ
My friend isn't getting the invite link — what now?
Check their spam folder first. If still missing, ask your host to resend from the Guests panel on their side. If your host enabled manual link delivery, they can copy a shareable link and send it to your friend through any channel (SMS, WhatsApp, etc.).
Can I see other guests' contact info?
You see their name and any role assignment. Their email and phone are not exposed to other guests — only to the host.
Why is one of my party listed twice?
Either the host added them twice by accident, or the same person was invited under two different contacts. Ask your host to merge or remove the duplicate.
What happens if I remove myself?
You can't remove the main guest from a reservation — that would orphan the trip. Only the host can change the main guest.
My host added me but I can't sign in — why?
Make sure you opened the invite link from the email or message you received. If you signed up separately under a different email, the invite isn't linked. Ask your host to re-send to the email you're using.
