Overview
My Stay is your home base for one reservation. Open the stay link your host sent you and you'll land here. The page rearranges itself as your trip progresses — pre-arrival shows arrival info, during the stay shows in-stay info, post-checkout shows wrap-up. You don't have to scroll through ten cards looking for what matters today.
How it works
Phases
A trip moves through four phases. Each shows a different set of cards:
- Pre-arrival — Access codes, arrival guide cards your host pinned, check-in instructions, parking info.
- Check-in window — Codes, Wi-Fi, house rules, anything time-sensitive to arrival.
- In-stay — Wi-Fi, house rules, your host's local recommendations, dishwasher quirks, hot tub instructions.
- Post-checkout — Check-out instructions (still useful for 24 hours), then a leaner view focused on messaging your host or finalizing damage notes.
The same stay link shows different content depending on the date and time of the trip — no toggles required.
Cards
Each piece of content is a card. The Access card shows codes and Wi-Fi (see your access codes). The Welcome card shows whatever your host wrote to greet you. The Guide cards show whatever your host pinned from their property guide — driving directions, parking tips, dishwasher quirks.
Tap any card to expand or interact with it. Tap a code to copy it.
Other tabs
The bottom tab bar has four entries:
- My Stay — this page
- Guests — other people on your reservation
- To-Do — anything you need to acknowledge or sign (waivers, ID upload)
- About this stay — reservation details, host contact, full property guide
Limits
- The pre-arrival window opens a few days before check-in, depending on your host's settings.
- The post-checkout window closes 30 days after check-out — after that, access codes are removed for security but the rest of the page stays viewable.
- Cards your host pins to the Arrival Guide appear on My Stay; cards not pinned appear under About this stay → Guide.
FAQ
Why does My Stay look different on different days?
It's phase-driven — the same reservation shows different cards depending on whether you're a week before arrival, mid-stay, or after check-out. The goal is to surface what's actually useful right now.
I don't see my access codes — where are they?
If you're before the check-in window, codes don't appear yet. Most hosts open the window at the start of check-in day. If you've agreed an early arrival, message your host to extend the window. See your access codes.
Where is the Guide tab?
Renamed and restructured. The full Property Guide is now under About this stay. The pieces your host wants you to see during the trip are pinned and show up on My Stay automatically.
Can I see who else is on my reservation?
Open the Guests tab in the bottom bar. Your host controls who's listed — ask them to add anyone missing.
What do I do if a code doesn't work?
Use the Message button at the top of the Access card. Your host can rotate the code from their end. See your access codes.
