Overview
Your access codes live in one place inside your stay portal: the Access card on the My Stay tab. Door codes, gate codes, Wi-Fi network and password, alarm codes — anything you need to get into the property and get online — all on one card.
How it works
Where to find it
Open your stay link. The Access card is pinned at the top of the My Stay tab. Each row is one credential — front door, garage, Wi-Fi, etc. Tap any row to copy the value to your clipboard.
When the codes become active
Your codes work during your stay window — typically check-in through check-out. If you're arriving early or staying late by agreement with your host, ask them to extend the window so the codes work on the new times. Codes shown outside the window display as "Outside access window."
If the code changes during your stay
Hosts sometimes rotate codes between stays. If your host rotates while you're on the property (rare), the new code shows on the Access card immediately. You'll see a small "Updated just now" timestamp.
Wi-Fi
The Wi-Fi row shows the network name and password. Tap to copy. On most phones you can also long-press the password and "Share Wi-Fi" via QR.
Limits
- Codes are visible only during your stay window plus a short overlap before arrival.
- If your host has revoked access (cancelled stay, dispute), you'll see "Access has been revoked — please contact your host."
- 30 days after check-out, the code values are permanently removed. The stay portal still works for messages and the guide; access codes simply disappear.
FAQ
Why can't I see my codes yet?
Your stay window hasn't opened. Most hosts open the codes at the start of check-in day. If you've agreed an early arrival, message your host to extend the window.
The door code doesn't work — what should I do?
Try one more time, slowly. Then message your host directly from the Access card — there's a Message button at the top. Your host can rotate the code or troubleshoot the lock with you on the thread.
Why is the Wi-Fi network name different than the printed one in the unit?
The printed copy may be out of date. The Access card always reflects the current code. Trust what's on screen.
Can I share my codes with another guest on my reservation?
If they're listed on the reservation, they get the same Access card on their own stay link — no need to share. If they're not on the reservation, ask your host to add them.
What happens to my codes after check-out?
They stay viewable for 30 days for reference. After that, the values are permanently destroyed for security. Save anything you need before then.
