Overview
If you have been invited to multiple properties — by the same host or different hosts — you can switch between them from your dashboard. Each property has its own set of details, messages, and checklists.
How it works
- Open your dashboard.
- Your current or most recent stay is displayed at the top.
- If you have other stays, they appear in a list below. Click on any stay to switch to that property's view.
- Once you switch, the property info, messages, and checklists update to show the selected property's content.
Switching properties changes what you see in the navigation sections (Property Info, Messages, Checklists). Your account settings and profile remain the same across all properties.
FAQ
Do I need separate accounts for different properties? No. You use one Valzotra account for all your stays. Every invitation you accept is linked to the same account.
Can I see two properties at the same time? No. You view one property at a time. Switch between them using your dashboard.
What if I have stays with different hosts? All stays appear on your dashboard regardless of the host. Switching between them works the same way.
Do my messages carry over between properties? No. Messages are specific to each property. When you switch properties, you see the message thread for that property only.
