Overview
Your dashboard is the home screen you see after signing in. It shows your upcoming and past stays, property information, messages from your host, and any checklists assigned to you.
How it works
- Sign in to Valzotra at valzotra.com.
- Your dashboard shows your current or next upcoming stay at the top, including the property name, check-in and check-out dates, and your host's name.
- From the dashboard, you can navigate to:
- Property Info — View details about the property, including the arrival guide and house rules.
- Messages — Read and send messages to your host.
- Checklists — View and complete any checklists your host has assigned.
- Below the current stay, you see a list of past stays for your reference.
If you have been invited to multiple properties, you can switch between them to view each stay's details.
FAQ
What do I see when I have no active stays? Your dashboard shows your past stays. If you have never accepted an invitation, the dashboard is empty until a host invites you and you accept.
Can I access my dashboard from my phone? Yes. Valzotra works in any modern web browser on your phone, tablet, or computer. There is no separate app to download.
How do I get back to the dashboard? Click the Valzotra logo or the Home link in the navigation to return to your dashboard from anywhere in the app.
Does my dashboard show stays from different hosts? Yes. If multiple hosts have invited you, all your stays appear on a single dashboard regardless of which host they belong to.
