Overview
When a host invites you to a stay, you receive an email with a link to accept the invitation. Accepting gives you access to the property's information, checklists, and messaging for the duration of your stay.
How it works
- Check your email for an invitation from Valzotra. It includes the property name and your stay dates.
- Click the Accept Invitation link in the email.
- If you already have a Valzotra account, sign in with your existing email and password. The stay is added to your dashboard automatically.
- If you are new to Valzotra, you are prompted to create a free account. Enter your name, email, and a password.
- After signing in or creating your account, you land on your dashboard with the new stay visible.
Your account is free. You are never charged anything to use Valzotra as a guest.
FAQ
What if I already have a Valzotra account? Sign in with your existing credentials. The new stay is linked to your account alongside any other stays you may have.
I didn't receive an invitation email. What should I do? Check your spam or junk folder. If you still cannot find it, contact your host directly and ask them to resend the invitation.
Can I accept an invitation after the check-in date has passed? Yes. You can accept the invitation at any time during the stay period. You will have access until the check-out date.
What if I use a different email than the one the host invited? The invitation is tied to the email address the host entered. You need to create your account with that same email address, or ask the host to send a new invitation to the email you prefer.
