Overview

A Property Pack is an add-on that increases the number of properties, team members, uploads, and storage available on your account. Property Packs are available only on the Portfolio plan. Each pack costs $29/mo ($290/yr with annual billing) and the increases stack — so two packs give you double the additional capacity.

How it works

Each Property Pack you add to your Portfolio subscription increases your limits by:

  • +2 properties
  • +4 team members
  • +125 file uploads per month
  • +5 GB storage

You can purchase multiple packs and their benefits add together. For example, the base Portfolio plan includes 2 properties and 5 team members. Adding 2 Property Packs gives you 6 properties and 13 team members total.

To add a Property Pack:

  1. Go to Settings > Billing.
  2. Under your current plan, click Manage Property Packs.
  3. Choose how many packs you need and confirm.
  4. The charge is added to your next billing cycle, prorated for the remainder of the current cycle.

All pack charges appear as VALZOTRA on your statement and are processed through Stripe.

Limits & requirements

  • Property Packs are available on the Portfolio plan only. If you are on Comply or Host, you need to upgrade to Portfolio first.
  • There is no hard cap on how many packs you can add.
  • If you downgrade from Portfolio to Host or Comply, all Property Packs are removed. You may need to archive properties that exceed the new plan limit before downgrading.
  • Removing a pack takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
  • Upload increases from packs reset monthly along with your base upload allowance.

FAQ

Can I add a Property Pack on the Comply or Host plan? No. Property Packs are only available on Portfolio. You need to upgrade to Portfolio before adding packs.

What happens if I remove a pack but still have properties that need it? You must archive properties down to your new limit before the pack removal takes effect. Valzotra prompts you to choose which properties to archive.

Are Property Packs billed separately from my plan? No. Pack charges are combined with your Portfolio subscription on a single invoice. You see one line item for the plan and additional line items for each pack.

Do packs have annual pricing too? Yes. If you are on annual billing, each Property Pack costs $290/yr instead of $29/mo — the same roughly 2 months free discount that applies to your base plan.
