Overview
Valzotra uses Stripe to process all payments. You can add or update your payment method at any time from your billing settings. Valzotra never stores your credit card numbers — all card data is handled directly by Stripe.
How it works
Adding or updating a payment method
- Go to Settings > Billing.
- Click Manage Payment Method.
- You are redirected to a Stripe-hosted page where you can enter or update your card details.
- Once saved, the new payment method applies to all future charges for your plan and any Property Packs.
Stripe accepts major credit and debit cards including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.
Statement descriptor
All charges from Valzotra appear as VALZOTRA on your bank or credit card statement. Valzotra is a product of BAU ENTERPRISES LLC.
Downloading invoices
- Go to Settings > Billing.
- Click View Invoices to open your Stripe billing portal.
- You can view and download PDF invoices for any past payment.
Invoices include the plan name, billing period, amount charged, and any Property Pack line items. These are useful for tax recordkeeping.
Failed payments
If a payment fails, Stripe retries the charge according to its retry schedule (typically 3 attempts over several days). You receive an email notification for each failed attempt. If all retries fail, your subscription may be paused until you update your payment method.
Limits & requirements
- You must have a valid payment method on file to maintain an active subscription.
- Only the account owner or an admin can manage payment methods.
- Valzotra does not store credit card numbers. All card data is handled by Stripe.
- Invoices are available for all past charges through the Stripe billing portal.
- Refunds, if applicable, are processed by Stripe and typically take 5 to 10 business days to appear on your statement.
