Valzotra offers both monthly and annual billing for all paid plans. Annual billing gives you a discount of roughly 16.7% — the equivalent of 2 months free. You pay for 10 months and get 12 months of access.

Annual billing is charged as a single upfront payment for the full year. Your subscription renews automatically 12 months later at the same annual rate unless you cancel or switch to monthly before the renewal date.
Switching between monthly and annual
- Go to Settings > Billing.
- Choose your preferred billing interval (monthly or annual).
- If you switch from monthly to annual, you are charged the annual rate immediately. Stripe credits the unused portion of your current monthly cycle toward the annual payment.
- If you switch from annual to monthly, the change takes effect when your current annual period ends. You keep your annual access for the remainder of the year you already paid for.
Mid-year cancellation
If you cancel an annual subscription partway through the year, you keep access until the end of the 12-month period you paid for. Annual payments are not refunded on a prorated basis for cancellation — you have already received the discounted rate. See Canceling Your Plan for the full cancellation process.

- Annual billing is charged as one payment, not 12 monthly installments.
- The annual discount applies equally to all plans and packs (10 months for 12).
- Switching from annual to monthly does not trigger a refund for the remaining annual period.
FAQ
Is the annual discount worth it? If you plan to use Valzotra for at least 10 months, annual billing saves you money. On Comply, you save $38/yr. On Host, you save $68/yr. On Portfolio, you save $98/yr. Each Property Pack saves $58/yr.
Can I switch from annual to monthly mid-year? The switch takes effect at the end of your current annual period. You will not lose any time you have already paid for.
What if I need to cancel mid-year? You keep access through the end of your 12-month period. Annual payments are not partially refunded because the discounted rate already reflects a lower per-month cost.
Does annual billing apply to Property Packs too? Yes. If your base plan is on annual billing, Property Packs are billed annually at $290/yr per pack.
