Overview
ArrivHQ offers three paid plans for hosts — Comply, Host, and Portfolio. All plans include expense tracking, work logs, and mileage tracking. The difference is how many properties, team members, and advanced features you get access to.
Guests never need a paid plan. Anyone you invite to view a checklist or access a guest portal uses ArrivHQ for free.
How it works
You select your plan when you sign up and enter your payment details. All plans include a 14-day free trial -- your card will not be charged until the trial ends. After the trial, billing begins automatically on your selected plan:
- Comply — $19/mo ($190/yr) — Compliance-focused plan for hosts who need expense tracking, work logs, mileage, and PDF compliance packets. Includes 1 property, 1 team member, 30 file uploads per month, and 5 GB of storage. Does not include AI, guest portal, checklists, iCal sync, or messaging.
- Host — $34/mo ($340/yr) — Full-featured plan for hosts managing a single property. Includes 1 property, 3 team members, 50 file uploads per month, and 10 GB of storage. Adds 200 AI calls per month per property (covers receipt scans, drafted guest replies, gap detection, AI photo verification of selfies and government IDs, and more), AI concierge, guest portal, messaging, checklists, iCal sync, Plaid connections, and all advanced features.
- Portfolio — $49/mo ($490/yr) — Best for hosts with multiple properties or a larger team. Includes 2 properties, 5 team members, 100 file uploads per month, and 20 GB of storage. Includes all Host features plus AI calls scale with properties (200/mo per property — 400 included, +400 per Portfolio Pack). Unlimited PDF reports. Property Packs are available only on Portfolio.

All payments are processed through Stripe. Charges appear as ARRIVHQ on your bank or credit card statement. ArrivHQ is a product of BAU ENTERPRISES LLC.
Limits & requirements
- A credit card is required at signup. Your card is not charged during the 14-day trial.
- You can switch between Comply, Host, and Portfolio at any time from Settings > Billing.
- Annual billing is available on all plans at a discount (roughly 2 months free).
- Guest accounts are always free and do not count toward your team member limit.
- File uploads reset monthly. Storage is cumulative.
FAQ
Which plan should I pick? If you only need compliance documentation (expenses, work logs, mileage, PDF packets), Comply covers that. Choose Host if you want the full feature set for a single property, including AI, guest portal, messaging, and checklists. Choose Portfolio if you manage more than one property, work with a larger team, or want unlimited PDF reports and Property Packs.
Do guests have to pay? No. Guests access ArrivHQ for free through a shared link or guest portal. They never need a plan or even a ArrivHQ account.
What happens when my trial ends? Your selected plan billing begins automatically. If your card is declined, your account is paused -- your data is preserved but you cannot add new records until payment is resolved.
Can I change plans later? Yes. You can switch between any plans at any time. Mid-cycle changes are prorated. See Upgrading & Downgrading for details.
