Overview
Each Valzotra plan includes a set number of team member seats. The owner counts as one seat. Both active members and pending invites count toward the limit. Portfolio plan users can expand their limit by purchasing Property Packs.

Property Packs cost $29/mo each and also add 2 properties, 125 uploads/mo, and 5 GB of storage in addition to the extra team member seats.
How the count works
Your current team count includes:
- The owner (always counts as 1)
- Active members (status: active)
- Pending invites (status: invited)
Disabled members do not count toward the limit.
What happens at the limit
When your team is at the limit, you cannot send new invites. The invite form shows a message indicating how many seats are in use. To add more members, you can:
- Disable a member you no longer need to free a seat.
- Purchase a Property Pack to add seats (Portfolio plan only, +4 seats per pack).
- Upgrade your plan to increase your seat limit (Comply: 1, Host: 3, Portfolio: 5).
Limits & requirements
- The team member limit is enforced when sending new invites. Existing members are not removed if you downgrade.
- If you downgrade to a plan with a lower member limit while you have more members than allowed, existing members keep their access, but you cannot invite anyone new until you are within the new plan's limit.
- Property Packs are only available on the Portfolio plan.
FAQ
Does the owner count toward the limit? Yes. On the Comply plan with a limit of 1, that single seat belongs to the owner. On Portfolio with a limit of 5, the owner uses 1 of the 5 seats.
Do pending invites count? Yes. A pending invite holds a seat until the invite is accepted, expires, or the member is disabled.
What if I remove a Property Pack? Removing a pack reduces your team limit by 4. If you are over the new limit, existing members are not removed, but you cannot invite anyone new until you are back within the limit.
Can I buy extra seats without a Property Pack? No. Additional team member seats are only available through Property Packs on the Portfolio plan. Each pack is a bundle that includes properties, storage, uploads, and 4 member seats.
