Overview

Each guest who accepts an invitation has a profile visible to you. The profile includes their contact information and a history of their stays at your properties. You can view and reference this information at any time.

How it works

  1. Navigate to the Guests section of any property.
  2. Click on a guest's name to open their profile.
  3. You see their name, email address, and a list of all stays at your properties (active, upcoming, and past).

The guest profile pulls from the information the guest provided when they created their Valzotra account. Hosts cannot edit a guest's personal details — only the guest can update their own name and email.

You can add internal notes or tags to a guest's profile for your own reference. These are visible only to you and your team, not to the guest.

FAQ

Can I see a guest's stays at other hosts' properties? No. You can only see stays at properties you own. Each host's data is isolated.

Can I edit a guest's name or email? No. Guests manage their own account information. If a guest's email changes, they update it from their own account settings.

Is guest profile data deleted when a stay ends? No. The guest's profile and stay history are preserved after a stay ends. You can view past stays and messages at any time.

Can my team members see guest profiles? Team members with access to a property can see the guest profiles for that property. Access depends on the team member's role and property assignments.
