Overview

The Guests section of each property shows you all active, upcoming, and past stays. You can see who is currently at your property, who is arriving next, and review historical stay data.

How it works

  1. Open a property from the sidebar and navigate to Guests.
  2. You see a list of stays organized by status: Active (guest is currently staying), Upcoming (future check-in date), and Past (check-out date has passed).
  3. Each stay shows the guest's name, email, check-in and check-out dates, and current status.
  4. Click a stay to view details, edit dates, or manage access.

From the stay detail view, you can:

  • Edit dates — Change the check-in or check-out date if plans change.
  • End stay early — Immediately revoke the guest's access to the property. The stay moves to the Past section with the current date as the effective check-out.
  • View messages — Jump to the message thread with that guest.

FAQ

How do I know if a guest has checked in? The stay status updates based on the dates you set. If today falls between the check-in and check-out dates and the guest has accepted the invitation, the stay shows as Active.

Can I extend a stay? Yes. Edit the check-out date to a later date. The guest's access is extended automatically.

What happens when I end a stay early? The guest immediately loses access to your property's information, checklists, and messaging. The stay record is preserved in the Past section so you retain the history.

Can I see stays across all my properties in one place? The guest list is organized per property. Switch between properties using the sidebar to view each property's stays.
