ArrivHQ is a tax compliance and operations management platform for short-term rental hosts. Creating an account gives you access to expense tracking, work logs, mileage tracking, revenue management, and compliance tools — everything you need to document your rental business for the IRS.

How it works

  1. Visit arrivhq.com and click Sign up.
  2. Enter your name, email, password, and organization name.
  3. Select your plan (Comply, Host, or Portfolio).
  4. Check your email for a verification link and click it to confirm your account.
  5. Enter your payment details in Stripe Checkout to start your 14-day free trial.
  6. You'll land on the Today dashboard, ready to add your first property.

ArrivHQ is a product of BAU ENTERPRISES LLC. Billing for paid subscriptions appears as ARRIVHQ on your bank or credit card statement.

Limits & requirements

  • You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
  • All plans include a 14-day free trial. Your card will not be charged until the trial ends.
  • A credit card is required at signup. After the trial, your selected plan billing begins automatically.
  • Guest accounts are always free — guests do not need a paid plan.

What email do I use to sign up? Use any email address you have access to. This will be your login and where you receive notifications.

Can I have multiple accounts? Each email address can only be associated with one ArrivHQ account. However, you can be a member of multiple organizations if another host invites you to their team.

Is my data safe? Yes. ArrivHQ uses encryption in transit and at rest, row-level security for data isolation, and Stripe for payment processing. We never store your credit card numbers. See our Security & Privacy reference for details.
