Valzotra is a tax compliance and operations management platform for short-term rental hosts. Creating an account gives you access to expense tracking, work logs, mileage tracking, revenue management, and compliance tools — everything you need to document your rental business for the IRS.
How it works
- Visit valzotra.com and click Sign up.
- Enter your email address and create a password.
- Check your email for a verification link and click it to confirm your account.
- Complete your profile by adding your name and timezone.
- You'll land on the Today dashboard, ready to add your first property.
Valzotra is a product of BAU ENTERPRISES LLC. Billing for paid subscriptions appears as VALZOTRA on your bank or credit card statement.
Limits & requirements
- You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
- Each account starts with a 14-day free trial that includes access to all features.
- After the trial, a paid subscription (Starter or Pro) is required to continue.
- Guest accounts are always free — guests do not need a paid plan.

Can I use Valzotra without a paid plan? You get a full 14-day free trial when you sign up. After that, a Starter ($19/mo) or Pro ($49/mo) plan is required for hosts. Guest accounts are always free.
What email do I use to sign up? Use any email address you have access to. This will be your login and where you receive notifications.
Can I have multiple accounts? Each email address can only be associated with one Valzotra account. However, you can be a member of multiple organizations if another host invites you to their team.
Is my data safe? Yes. Valzotra uses encryption in transit and at rest, row-level security for data isolation, and Stripe for payment processing. We never store your credit card numbers. See our Security & Privacy reference for details.
