Overview
You can send messages to your host directly from your Valzotra dashboard. Use messaging to ask questions about the property, report an issue, or communicate anything related to your stay.
How it works
- Sign in and navigate to the Messages section.
- You see your conversation thread with the host for your current property.
- Type your message in the compose area at the bottom of the thread.
- Click Send.
Your message appears in the thread immediately. Your host receives an email notification so they know you have sent a message. They can reply from their dashboard, and the reply appears in the same thread.

Does my host see my message right away? Your host receives an email notification when you send a message. They see the message in their dashboard the next time they sign in or check notifications.
Can I send messages before my stay starts? You can send messages as soon as you accept the invitation, even before your check-in date.
Is there a limit on how many messages I can send? No. You can send as many messages as you need during your stay.
Can I send messages after my stay ends? Once your stay ends, the conversation becomes read-only. If you need to reach your host after checkout, use the contact information they provided.
