Overview

The Today page is your daily operations hub. It shows everything happening across your properties right now -- who is arriving, who is leaving, what tasks are due, and where your attention is needed.

What the Today page shows

The page is organized into actionable sections:

  • Checking In -- Reservations with a check-in date of today. Each card shows the guest name, contact information, property, and checklist progress.
  • Checking Out -- Reservations with a check-out date of today.
  • Current Guests -- Active reservations where the guest is currently staying.
  • Overdue Tasks -- Tasks past their due date that have not been completed.
  • Due Today -- Tasks scheduled for today.
  • Guest Activity -- Recent guest portal interactions, grouped by reservation.

Rich reservation cards

Each reservation card displays the guest's name and contact details, an inline status stepper showing the reservation lifecycle (confirmed, checked in, checked out), and a summary of checklist progress for any linked checklists.

Stat gauges sidebar

A sidebar displays progress rings for key daily metrics: arrivals completed, departures processed, active guests, and task completion rate. These update as you work through your day.

Property filter

Use the property filter at the top of the page to scope the view to specific properties. This is especially useful when managing multiple rentals and you want to focus on one location.

Operations vs management view

What you see on the Today page depends on your role:

  • Operations view (Cleaner, Maintenance) -- You see only tasks and checklists assigned to you. The layout is streamlined to show your assigned work without portfolio-level information.
  • Management view (Owner, Admin, Manager) -- You see the full dashboard with all properties, all reservations, stat gauges, and the Needs Review section. This is the default view for anyone with management responsibilities.
