Overview

The Reservations page is the full record of every booking across your properties — synced from your calendar feeds and entered by hand — with filters to focus on the ones that need you. It's the source of truth behind your Today dashboard, your checklists, and the guest portal.

How it works

Where reservations come from. Two ways: calendar sync (Airbnb, VRBO, Booking.com and any iCal feed) brings bookings in automatically, and you can add a reservation yourself for direct bookings. Synced bookings often arrive without a guest email, which is why some land in Pending Approval first; manual ones are auto-approved.

Filtering the list. Filter pills at the top of the list narrow it down — for example Pending Approval for synced bookings waiting on a guest email before their checklists fire. Open any reservation to see its detail, update its status, contact the guest, or fill in missing information.

Status at a glance. Each reservation carries a status that moves through its life: confirmed, checked in, completed, or cancelled, plus pending-approval and rejected for synced bookings awaiting review. Reservations that fall out of their expected lifecycle (a passed check-in that's still confirmed, for example) surface in Needs Review on the Today page.

Limits & requirements

  • Owners, admins, and managers with reservation access can view and edit reservations; cleaners and maintenance staff have limited, role-scoped access.
  • Rejected and cancelled reservations are kept on file for audit but excluded from active plan counts.

FAQ

Why isn't a synced booking showing in my checklists or guest portal? It's probably in Pending Approval, waiting on a guest email. Approve it and the normal flow resumes — see Approving synced reservations.

Can I add a booking that didn't come from a channel? Yes — see Adding a reservation manually.

Where do I act on today's arrivals and departures? The Today dashboard collects everything happening now; Reservations is the complete history and the place to edit a specific booking.
