Overview

When your host assigns a checklist with acknowledgment items, you complete it by reviewing each item and checking it off. This confirms to your host that you have read and understood the information.

How it works

  1. Open the checklist from your Checklists section.
  2. Read through each item carefully.
  3. For acknowledgment items, tap or click the checkbox to mark the item as complete.
  4. Informational items do not have a checkbox — they are there for you to read.
  5. Some items may ask you to upload a photo as part of the acknowledgment. Use the upload button next to the item to attach a photo from your device.
  6. Once all acknowledgment items are checked, the checklist is marked as complete.

Your host can see your progress. They know which items you have acknowledged and when you completed them.

FAQ

Do I have to complete the checklist all at once? No. Your progress is saved automatically. You can close the checklist and come back to it later. Items you already checked off stay completed.

Can I un-check an item I already acknowledged? No. Once you acknowledge an item, it is recorded as complete. If you made a mistake, contact your host through the messaging feature.

What happens when I upload a photo? The photo is stored securely and visible to your host. It confirms that you completed a physical task (like verifying a safety feature or confirming the condition of something at the property).

What if I have questions about a checklist item? Use the messaging feature to ask your host. They can clarify any item on the checklist.
